Job Function
The Odoo Implementer will lead and support end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, translating business requirements into practical system configurations and reliable operating processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer business requirements.
- Configure Odoo applications such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Project, and Website based on project scope.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Conduct user training, UAT sessions, go-live support, and post-implementation follow-up.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, validate workflows, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain implementation documentation, configuration notes, and customer handover materials.
